Babies' skins are naturally sensitive and prone to several skin infections if proper hygiene and sanitation is not maintained. Diaper rash is probably one of the earliest skin problems a baby encounters in his/her life. It is also called diaper dermatitis.

• Failure to clean the area regularly

• Prolonged usage of the same diaper without periodic Change

• Severe diaper rash may cause the baby to suffer from fever and appetite loss. It is advisable to get immediate medical attention from a physician.
• Avoid sugary foodstuffs until the condition improves.
• Include ample quantities of water in the baby's diet.
